the management of star giga is desperate to finance this project with the investors instalments, they relay so heavily on what investors pay and have no other financial backings, the project is still on hold despite average investor payment is above 40% and the construction is only at 28%. can you trust this developer? they should seek other sources of finance and go on with the construction in order to build customer confidance and therefore customer will be willing to pay more otherways this project will remain on hold for many more years to come.
