Do I Supposed to sell or Wait??
I own 2 properties in C21 (1 BR - full Lake view):
- Do I have to sell them during the currently recession in Dubai, so Ajman will be next?
- Or I have to wait the prices will increase in Ajman (as some developers advise me)?
- And what is the suitable price to sell now?

its hard to find purchaser at the movement if you can find one better sell it otherwise you have wait since if you withdraw your developer will deduct money its better to wait if you can continue to pay the installments and if you finding it difficult to continue then book your loose and withdraw.

I am not a property specialist but my earnest advise is to wait and not to sell. UAE is coming up with unified free hold regulations. The market is in recession or correction phase I would say. Ajman will like to see its project like Emirates city a success although it is delayed. But even Dubai had its own share of delays in its peak days.

Just be cautious, watch the market, Dont listen to what people say. Intuition is the best policy!
With current market its difficult to predict anything. Developers are far more nervous than us, so lets keep our fingers crossed.
No body knows the "Answer" just yet.

Thank you everybody for ur advices, I want u all to know that today i called about 5 real estate offices, 4 of them told me that they can buy from me @ 335 / sq.ft. Imagine, I bought it @ 332 / sq.ft and after 15 months I can sell with the same price :O .
What I’m going to do is to wait and pay the instalments until the market recover, 3 to 6 months from now.

Sell or keep?
When I told them that I'd like to sell my 2bed flat they called me back in 2 daes and said they have customer to offer me 380-390 dhs per sq.ft. I think that is a real price for today. I can not advise what to do. I'm confused as well. But I have only 2 bed for my self and prefer to keep it. Coz when market is back to high prices I won't be able to buy anything again.

you are lucky if you got this offer, i could not sell my apartment at even at my buying price. if i have this chance i will sell imm. its a good chance (just my opinion)
those agent will surely demand their comission too
