Did anyone have bad experience with Chapal?

I spoke to the agent who sold me the flat in chapal presidency after reading about the infrastructure delay over here. This is the first time I use this forum. I think it's very good. The agent told me all sort of good things about Chapal especially that they don't have any liquidity issue.
Does anyone have any comments on this or wants to share any information. He also confirmed that the visa is definitely over. He mentioned that there are talks about Ajman government revisiting this decision.
Best regards

Chapal experience

Whatever the agent says or even whatever Chapal themselves say, the proof of the pudding is in the eating, or as they say: Actions speak louder than words.

Chapal has prove by action at least two things:

1. There is a substantial and progressive development on the ground to be seen and inspected.

2. They have opened an ESCROW account, as stipulated by Ajman government, where all payments should be paid in and where release of the money to the developer is tied up with the progress on the ground.

Otherwise, words, words, words......
