master developer of humaid city alrashed real estate who also plans 4 towers in emirates city that were to be delivered in june 2010 has runaway without starting any construction sitting on top of millions of aed. Arra says go to court.

i wrote to arra. reply : go to court. Developer alrashed neither applied escrow nor anything. Alrashed i called and they say alrashed has sold al moosa all their projects and now they are discussing with ajman sheikh. Alrashed is gone with millions and arra say go to court.

i called arra today and they told me the same,they never registered not even applied.they advised me to go to court.
anyone else has more information
