kindly join this forum so we can join hands to collect money back from this builder.because they are not contruction any project and not willing to return money. atique
I also have bought an apartment, and currently I'm arguing with them, since they sent me a penalty of 4% due to not paying them.
I have reported them to ARRA as they are the authority who are responsible about the relation between us (investors) and developers, they advised me to stop paying them till they open an Escrow account to save my rights. And to forget about any thing they are doing since that is illegal.
I have asked them multiple times not send me any request before start development, till now they have 0 progress which is not acceptable at all.

Does any one knows what happened to the GR8 and if we can now get our money from Ajman Government.
