Delay for Sales Contract
I got the reservationb form fromt he developer and in black & white clearly stated that the Sales Contract will be ready before end of this year, but right now there is no progress & even any updates from the developer.
Is anyone here have can provide advise whether I am sufficient enough to take legal action against them in order to withdraw some money back??

Sales & Purchase Contract
Just last week finally I have received my contract from the main developer As Rashel Real Estate for the apartment in Humaid City. The sales agent called me several times to pick up my contract since I believe I have they want my continuous paying my installments even there is no progress, there are some mistakes fromt he contract & they promised to five me the revised one & let me sign first, and the fact is no further information from them after I picking up my contract.
They also told me the projects will probably start by Feb/Mar this year and then I will see, to be honest I have totally loss the confidence on them since we are always passive to contact the developer/or even the master developer, and the fact is you can't do anything even they are not behavoir, call for police?? No way since the developer havn't broken their contract before the completion date on Dec, 2011~~~~
