I have met one of Abu Saeif engineers on site few weeks ago, he told me that from now both towers willl progress as it was set up this enscrow account, they are getting regular money, Rholding guaranteed by agreeing to pay us regularly. I was told from the real estate managing for Rholding that both towers will be handed on Dec2011 and that the regulatory agency, RHolding and Abu seif sat together to meet the deadline but it is still far from the date our friend Dwarish estimated to finish. What do think about their statement.

completion- Understand meaning of the word

we are in difficult times. these corporate giants so called master developers use Vague words to create loopholes to escape their obligations when confronted in court.
Please ask CLEARLY even better take in writing WHAT does completion mean?
1. when they say completion do they mean
a. the STRUCTURE will be complete by the date
b. the whole building with interiors
c. the building with INFRASTRUCTURE meaning with ( electricity , roads access , lake , landscaping , MALL , mosque,) all that they mentioned in the brochure. I should not be made to live in a completed unit without these and construction materials lying all around me. thats not what i paid for. its a SINGLE phase development that is what they mentioned in their selling BROCHURES.
For the lucky people who already have got maintenance charges mentioned in their contracts i ask who have not been so lucky take in writing what the maximum maintenance charges will be for your tower( know where you stand)
We should not just start paying coz we know WHEN the building will be completed. We have been tricked by them once now be PRUDENT do some research on your own, try n read the fine print.
bottom line THINK like them to BEAT them.

I heared a similar story regarding the D1 & D2 , mine was from the consultant side, but I heared this almost one month back but still nothing on the ground yet, they are in the slab since October 2009, so I wouldn't count much about the story telling the only thing that counts is how much real progress they are making
