40 Slabs so far, I called R Holding today, they informed that they are considering to downsize the building but this is still to be decided, on the other hand R Holding changed the consultant from Adnan Safarini to another consultant which in my openion means that they want deliver a less quility project

D1-LAVENDER TOWER JUNE 28 2011

Since Lavender Tower as of 28th June 2011 is still progressing slowly, there is still hope that those half completed buildings in Emirates City would eventually be completed. Once, the building is completed, all others supplies like water, electricity, sewage, park and cooling systems etc, would eventually be in place. It is only a matter of time.

graveyard tombstone

tombstone. the picture looks like tomb stone in a graveyard of half finished buildings and rusted steel work. cranes idle. signboards fallen down. lovely view of the road and sand for miles. so what does this mean: forget it, walk away, game over. they won, you lost, accept it, move on with life.

swap to this project

Hi,
i am a buyer of another (hold) procject from Bl-Properties.
They propsed to me to swap my unit in one in these two tower (i think the only where some work is in progress) from R-Holding.
The problems are:
The towers will be finish?
What about all the external connection (road, light, water...) from the governament?
What about the other part of the project Emirate City?

What is your opinion?

i drive past emiartes city regularly. THERE IS NO INFRASTRUCTURE....no power, no water, no sewage, no telephone, no cooling systems, no internal roads, no mosque, no supermarket...nothing but sand for miles around. So even if building get finished, how can anybody live it. Forget it. Move on with your life.

THE NEW PROPOSITION OF RHOLDING IS A SWITCH WITH ANOTHERS GHOSTS TOWERS in emirates city!
and the price is 560 aed/sqft! it's a shame when we see that the prices are 230 aed/sqft in center of Ajman in apartment already ready!!!!
they think we're stupid for accept!
They propose the same prices that apartment in Dubai already finish...
I want to advise you to not accept this deal, it's better to lose the money we have already done that give more and more money for nothing.
Bl properties are not credible anymore.
