Crystal Residency (Bonyad Developers)

I have also invested in the Crystal Residency Tower and am amazed by how slow it appears to be progressing. Photos taken in January indicate that not even the first floor has started:

so I really cannot imagine how they expect to finish in the first quarter of 2010!!

A recent meeting with Mr Sajid was helpful and he did indicate that progress will hastily improve ...but I am still not sure.... I just want the whole of Emirates City to be finished FASSSST!! (and not in 2025!!!!)

Keep the updates coming...and all you negative £$£$£$££$£$£ hungry people....keep ur comments to yourselves!!!

hi dear, as you dont want negative comment, ( i dont know if you have right to say that we can not post any negetive comment here, as we have right to post our views no matter what you want or not..this is not your private properties, its a public forum )

anyways.. i hope you will be happy to know that :
CRYSTAL RESIDENCY WILL COMPLETE BEFORE THEIR COMPLETION DATE, PRICES ARE DOUBLE WHAT YOU PURCHASED AND THERE IS HUGE DEMAND OF ALL APARTMENT OF THIS PROJECT BECAUSE NO OTHER BUILDING WILL FINISH SO EARLY SO DUE TO HEAVY DEMAND PRICES ARE DOUBLE
ALL INVESTORS ARE LUCKY THAT THEY HAVE INVESTED IN SUCH A FINE PROJECT NOT OTHER PROJECTS WHICH ARE DELAYED BY 2-5 YEARS.

It is not that I don't want negative comments...I want a balance. Lately, it seems that this forum is becoming a place for so many people to moan and try and scare other people about fraud, scams, broken promises etc.... there has to be a good side also!

Anyway, thank you for your message....where did u get this information from? and how accurate is it?

Dear kkkkkk, that was not a news i am sorry to say that was what you wanted to hear i wrote it with a great pain.

1. you should not dictate any terms when you are posting in a public area that who should post or who should not.
2. you are closing your eyes because you dont want to see the truth, in your front, several investors are offering their apartment at great loss ( they are ready to accept loss of 50% what they invested, still they are not getting buyer.. you think their is any good side of it???
3. everybody knows that project is at huge delay... developers are dictating terms to investors even they know very well that its totally their ( and master developer's fault , not investors )
4. ARRA is trying to manage the possibilities of future frauds by instructing them to open escrow account ( delayed move but still useful ) but master developers like RHOLDING are trying to beat them and not hearing them..
5. we all are worried about our investments, trying to discuss ways how to overcome from all risks how to save our money which we have given to these developers who are not only trying to cheat us but, not responding our mails, not giving a damn to our worries.
6. cant you see that several developers are gone with investors money in past few months? some are in jail?
6. when we try to share our worries with other investors, you think we are moaning?
7. you are welcome to post your experience if you are still happy and enjoying the situation , no body will stop you and similarly you should not be rude to those investors who had a very bad experience ( like nightmare) with their investments..right?
8. i am sorry if you feel it insulting but i am trying to say that you should not dictate others what they should do or should not.
9. now you are talking about balanced posting, who will decide what is balanced and what is negetive? do you want us to send our posting to you for approval?
i apologize if i am not sounding reasonable but... i felt insulted by your postings..

Thank you for your positive attitude. I have an apartment in Crystal Residency. I have little faith in the developers integrity and the helpful nature of Sajid who is running a one man show there. They have held back my contract and are blackmailing me about change of payment plans. The tower is just starting to sprout from the ground and anyone who is convinced that it will be completed super fast is very navie! I am pained to read your post after being subjected to a raw deal by the developer.

construction progress very slow

hi i visited the site about two months ago and progress is very very slow. There must of been about only 5 people working on the site. I have seen other projects and in my view if it goes at this speed it will only be ready in 3 - 4 years from now i.e. in 2012 or 2013. Palm real estate is planning to launch other projects but my view if can not prove themselfs in one i would be very reluctant in investing with them again.
