TO push sweethomes to stop installment which should be paied after completion , we should first find each others.
Please find a way to cooperate each others.At the moment , we do not know each others.
By making a comment , please introduce yourselves as one of Paradise Lakes Tower's buyers.

Defer installment

Hi Farzad,
Your point is logical and thanx for the initiative.
A collective effort might help to stop installments.

This is Gopal, I bought a flat in B2 tower.
Last week I contacted sweethomes and they're ready to defer the possession instalment to Dec 09.
But the rest of the installments we have to pay.

Great idea!

Went for a talk with the manager, and same as las post, he told me he will defer possession installment towards the end of the year. I am sure we can restructure our installment after the possession installment, but he will still make us pay a few before that. here is my phone number if you need me for any kind of petition and meeting. 0505511731.
