contract still not received

Please can anyone let me know how long does it takes to get contracts, I have booked flats at Al Rashed tower 1 on 25th Oct.So far I just have receipt of payment no other document is there.Hope thats the way it works. Please let me know

I have book my flat in july 2007 and didn't become any receipts for my three payments. I wait on my contract and accept just one with signature and stamp. It's angry, that they don't have any correct organisation...
