I would just like to know how many are actually planning and are continuing paying their installments very smoothly despite all the negativity going around?
Till now i have paid all installments and now seriously thingking about what to do for next payment, we were informed that the handover of the units will be in dec-2009 and now it is not possible the building structure itsel is not completed.
Please ensure to write a latter to ARRA that you have paid till the date and respected the contract, developer who breached the contract, and now you want not willing to pay further till, as per contract situation arises, send copy to respective developer's general manager.
It will like obaying the legal aspect of Ajman properties.
Invested in several apts in Paradise Lake B8, structure almost complete, will continue to pay up to dec 2009 and if the project is not completed by then, I will halt all remaining payments until I get the keys in my hand. Fair is fair.

All those who are paying will realize the lose one fine morning when u will know the project is delayed almost 3 to 4 years. Its a simple calculation. If a developer is building 1 floor in 2month then his building of 24 or 25 floors will complete in 48 months, pls add post tension works and touchup will take 5-6months. 53-60 months. then u will have paid him full but still no handover. besides this good news"etihad rails " will be launched in next 3 years. Then whos worried to buy an expensive property, better to live in low rents and travel to job.
So, friends what u stop investing is also a major saving.....

stopped and wont continue until i see some major progress. we are 25 investors in different projects, same conclusion.
escrow account is ink on paper, not major progress.
ARRA director came out yesterday and said "approved projects on list are not guranteed to complete".
