I visited EC site last Friday (6th March 2009) and noticed good progress of Savannah Tower construction. So far all 4 parking floors are finished which were not in place when I visited earlier in November 2008. Clearly it took them almost 4 months to complete the 4 parking floors. There were no men on the site as it was Friday, but I met the watchman who informed me that residential floors above the parking levels would be constructed at the speed of 2 floors per month. This is exactly what developer informed me when I called them a couple of months ago. Hope the tower will keep rising without any interruption.
