the construction of Goldcrest Dreams has commenced

GOLD CREST TOWER A
Did you all buy any flat in GODCREST . ? I bought in TOWER A . Developers dont want to return the money and I think they are using name of eskrow account. Who knows if they have put money in Eskrow or not. ? If projects can be shown on paper and internet then fake eskrow account can be shown to investors. I have lost all trust and I am not sure if lawyers can do anything except to suck more money. Their are no rules and regulation. I think buyers who are in the same area should go to their office and talk to them. This is not their money. If their is no project they should return it. The way developers are behaving its going to hurt UAE property market very badly as it is going to demolish confidence of the investors. GOLD CREST TOWER A
Hi ! I'm new to this "Group", I own a flat in Gold Crest Tower "A" and I am in the same boat as everyone else. I spoke to Giga's Customer Service staff today and upon enquiring about the construction update, they said they will arrange a visit to the construction site if anyone is willing to have a look. I suggest if somene staying in Dubai can contact them for a visit and let us know axactly the status of the project.
Not Happening
There is No Progress, Nothing is happening in EC, Dont Pay them single ac penny anymore. None of the building is under construction...its completely dead.

Thank you for your comments. Do you live UAE. If so please could you visit EC and advice if Star Giga have commenced workas they claim in their letter which I have also received. I live in UK and can't verify the claim. Your help will be appreciated

construction work in EC
I have 3 flats in EC in 2 diffrent towers. The constructions on my towers are ongoing. I live in Dubai and visit the site minimum every 2 weeks. It is an absolut bull shit when some of the members here write EC is dead and no construction is ongoing. I am not defending any developwer and i regret my purchase 3 years ago. But guys we should tell the reallity as it is and stop making such comments like the one from MRC15 in this page. I dont advise anybody to pay because EC will be possibly complete in 3-5 years maybe even later. But what is the truth is, when you go to the site you see that from 90 towers 37 have come out of the ground, some more some less. Further you can see that the construction is on 20 towers ongoing however slow or very slow. You see the Cranes moving, trucks deliver concrete and steel, you see an armee of workers housing on the site. These are all reallities. Let people make a decision based on the reallity, not just because some of us feel to be cheated more than the others and permanently shaut. Again, i stopped paying for 2 of my flats, but keep paying for of of them which seems to move properly and because i gave PDCs.
In regard to GCD i think the construction stopped, on Saturday afternoon i did not see any movements there and you see also rust on the steel used in which is an evidence for not moving. Decision to pay or not is yours, but look at the reallity and than make it. tks
