Comstruction started??? on B 14 ?? Good news??
On April 30 i passed by the Emirates road and i saw many workers on the top floor of B14 nad B15 . I did not have the time to go inside. to see what is happening actually.
Then i went to SH office in Dubai / They confirmed that the construction has already started for the past 3 weeks and may be they have added one more floor during this time.
For this reason they refused to postpone the payment plan except for one installment only.

dont believe employees in sweethomes ask for (shalin )she will help u in a new payment linked construction plan according to arra instructions , i didnot sign the new contract bec i have certain issues like infrastructure , handover installment they offered me 10% but i asked 20 % ,they didnot replay to me yet .
