R-holding, ARRA and AJMAN government together must complete at least one tower in emirates city and handover to the investors to just prove that they are able to finish at least one building after 5 years of declaring world’s largest single phase project of having more than 125 towers
No electricity ? no problem , use generator . No water ? no problem , we will take masafi bottles when we go there. No sewerage system ? no problem, we are not going to use kitchen and toilet. No roads ? no problems we are not going to stay there
At least the investors can see this shining building as a proof of concept of your dream city while they drive through emirates road.

It is a total shambolic situation. R-Holdings so called master developers are nothing but bunch of cowboys.They have not even bothered to explain/ inform apologise to the the investors for delay in all the projects in EC. No explaination given why they have not even bothered to start on any Infra structures, shopping malls etc nor to indicate when they intend to do so. The reputation of Ajman is in taters. Only way forward is for the Ajman government to sack each & every one at R-Holdings & bring in the fresh competent people who can deliver as promised. Arra has not shown so far any leadership in this direction. Perhaps it is just a tooth-less dog.

I have doubt that R Holding / ARRA / Chapal or any master developer or developer from the land of Ajman will be the part of upcoming cityscape, they are don't want to face investors in publicly.
Its good for them as well if they really participate with this even we must agitate their openly, now only our unity (unfortunately even after paying ) can save us and open the eye of irresponsible managements.
The problem with Ajman is they targeted middle class people where they earn every month and paying them a good amount from their salaries, In Dubai and Abudhai the properties were sold to high end customers so even they delay its effecting the investor but not that much.
So if Ajman developers are comparing with Dubai & Abudhabi properties delay with Ajman, they have to understand that to whom they have sold it, Ajman properties was not for business but it was for real user / End user.

I think you have good point you are just assuming that these so called master developers of Ajman projects might just avoid any direct confrontation with investors.
On the other hand if they happen to participate in City-Scape, do you have any suggestion of any action?

These listed master developers are missing from the first published participated company/real estate company.
Since they are not listen us when we want to talk with them at their own office, this platform is the most perfect to launch our campaign to stop the new investors, and expose publicly if possible agitation front of world media and investors.
We are giving calculations, we are posting current picture of the project even we are letting them about all happening from the site which was absolutely free of cost for them. but they all are with committed to cheat us then I think this the only way to expose in front of others.

This would be a good oppurtunity to publicly demonstrate against any of the Ajman developers who have not yet registered! The worlds press will be present as will senior Ajman Government officials! This is a chance to voice our anger publicly! We can warn the press off who will then be ready to see how we are treated as a group. This would all be dependant on which developers appear and how many of us would be willing to attend!!

sadly, ARRA and ajman govenment has successfuly achieved what they want. Taking down the investor's expectations to such low levels. instead of expecting towers completing on time, infrastructure state of the art, investors getting keys and letting and getting money return, now all you investors are happy about is "registration and escrow", how sad.
I agree the demonstration at city scape should be organized, its a great idea. however, it should be first hand about the disaster and theft that is taking place in ajman, and should not distinguish between registered or not registered, afterll, NONE of them completed the work they are supposed to as planned. so as far as I am concerned, registered or not, they are all below acceptable levels of performers. Take their counter parts in dubai and abu dhabi, and see the difference.
Ajman developers have been getting one break after another, dont give them one your self, dont go to city scape and fall for the trap, as if registered developers have done wonderful so far. They have not. look where your derhams went, i bet you still dont know.

Considering you no longer have a property in Ajman, your advice for people not to pay installments till electricity installed, seems peculiliar, as they would result in breach of contract with developer, resulting in them contractually being able to cancell, forfiet 30% of property price and sell to someone else (even without electricity resolved !)
had you still kept a property in ajman, instead of getting rid of it at first opportunity over a year, ago your words may have held some credence (net of the abusive language used) !

I also bought a property in Paradise City in EC paied 60% ... they have checks for the other 40%, i stopped payment ... but the the lawer told me it is dangerous because they have checks they can give to police ....
Dont know what to do ... when/where are we gathering for the demonstration against them?
I also agree about the fact that we should not push for the escrow registration ... we should push for our lost money ... ask for money return or discounts .. etc ...

last six months (i think up to June 09), the bounced cheques against property were reported around 7.0lacs based on leading news papers, IF developer or authorised agent does his works properly to meet the completion of project as well their commitments, how come these many cheques are being treated without paid, the problem is from their end. then how police can intervene for these issues for 700,000 cases. just do not worry wait and see what is happeing or call SH and talk with them.
