complaint of those builders who have not started their buildings yet.
this is a good idea to make complaints about those builders who are involved in sucpicious activities and are not serius about fullfilling their promises.
legal action will involve lots of money but writing to authorities and making police complaints will take some time but no risk involved, atleast if we can not get it, we wont loose much.. only some efforts..
this is time to check on specially those builders, who have not started any activities till now because if they have not started anything, then its easy to guess what is in their mind...
several builders are gone with investor's money i.e. dynesty zarooni, al barkah ( crimson tower , emirates city ) so its time to wake up
our struggle is very long, we have to keep our investment safe as well as for a good return we should make sure that other infrastrcutures are also available there like power, water etc.
its a long way but we have to do it

this seems to be good idea.we all should get togethere to complain against delayed construction or no construction instead of forming groups for each tower.after all what s the use of ur tower without any infrastructure.
how to make complaint
i do feel that we should start this practice , formation of group is good but dont wait till we meet or till we get togather, start writing authorities, email media , news papers that this buider is not good because they have taken money and nothing happening at site, it seems they will fly away,
i believe there will be some reaction for sure.. at this momement developers are not caring for investors but when they realise that investors are talking to media, authorities, their future customers about their bad intentions, and posting it at various blogs so their image is tarnishing then surely they will do something..
pl. dont expect a miracle by this but its always do something than do nothing against those who are shamelessly trying to rob us...
i will say once again that legal action is lot better, developer can not ignore court's notices but as its very very costly affair in u.a.e. and making complaints to police, authorities dont attract any money...so...what do you think? just make 1 complaint everyday and send a copy to your developer.. and let us see the diffrence.. :jawdrop:
