cityscape dubai

some memebers has given good idea that we should go to stalls of ajman developers at cityscape and not only demonstrate against them but also warn the visitors about their cheating history and bad intention.
we can see list of uae exhibitors here
http://www.cityscape.ae/ExhibitorList2009.html?countryId=225
but i can not see any of ajman developer under this catagory.
i am sure as they are so cunning and sharks they will surely try their best to hook some new investors at this event so they may tie up with some of these stall holders and can try to get some bookings thru them.
however if any of our memeber is visiting first day to this show, he can check and inform all of us same day so second day several investors can go collectively there.
best of luck
thanks

regardless

I think regardless of which ajman developer being at the city scape, our cheated investors should rally there and probably make a scene.

so the authorities in UAE will know that they are quite on our money that was stolen.

Cityscape Dubai

It’s a very good idea that we should go to Cityscape Dubai exhibition demonstrate against them also warn the visitors about their cheating history and bad intention. Even if none of Ajman developer’s are present in this list since Most of us affected through Dubai Property Agents some of them were RERA approved agents such as Aryene Properties LLC I request ZP to contribute for this rally by sending e-mails to all those members who’s e-mail address you have with you and request all the member's who is present at the time of Exibition in UAE specially to Ajmanflat, Newera to contribute for this rally.

Eid Greetings to all the members

Zafir

very right ! First day city

very right ! First day city scape protest . We must have our agenda like electricity, incompetancy of masterdeveloper, no law, thousands of cases pending with none decided and no intervention of authority . Ask Ajman sheikh for compensation to investors as court is only taking time.....

Dishonest selling, fraud and misrepresentation

We have the right to expect the seller to accurately represent the properties condition to the buyer at the time of the sale. Buyers have a right to know about the true condition of our property as advertised with lakes, infrastructure, mall etc. Worldwide the law usually comes down on the side of the buyer. If the seller does not disclose problems and the buyer later discovers them, the buyer can sue the seller and almost always win. Practically speaking, the more the seller disclose, the better. It’s better for a seller to get a lower price for a house now than to be sued for fraud and misrepresentation later. If Ajman developers got a good price for their house by misrepresentation, then now they need to immediately sort it out, compensate and win the investors trust by fair compensation. I think Cityscape and other exhibitions would be good forum to take up the issues of misrepresentation at the time of selling. Let the dishonest sellers be scared of any public display or exhibition.
