hello friends,I am a victim of the delay as well,I have 2 apartments and have paid alomost half the amount and still there is no progress ,i dont even know if they are registered in theland department.AL ANDALEEB is my developer even after instructions from ARRA not to encash checques they have continued to do so for the month of feb and are holding on to checques for march 2009 as well.I have instructed the bank to STOP payment.
The only reason i invested in this property is because it was advertised in the SAFAR (Emirates Group)
Can anyone from Emirates Airlines who have invested contactme please.

Yes you have 2 and me also having two in emirates city they says in april 09 onwords they put cheque about 25% for each 1 bd . Now afraid . already i paid more money again monthly paying and my income is lower than before bank is no more loan. is it possible etleast in same tower .developer can adjust another 1 bd money to my another I BD atleast to help me . is it possible
withdraw all your checques
withdraw all your checques from them ,they have no right to hold them..wait till they open the escrow account with ARRA and then u can deal with them directly....Am on my way to see them the devlopers right now.patience is the key word i guess and hope all goes well.

i do work for Emirates and i m in the same boat, i wonder why al andaleeb is still asking you to pay? they have informed me to stop march payments till they open the escrew account!!!!!!

and they sent me a letter telling me to stop payments til they open an escrow account.
the lady is juliete martins from accounts dept.also they have bought the plot from chapel
and they said i could confirm with them.
