First you paid a lot of money to your developer and in return you got nothing, same happend to me.
Charlestates came with a unit replacement offer and you guys started again to trust on Ajman developers.
You first paid fee AED 5000 to Charlesestates and bought a overpriced unit. Im sure you was told completion date is at end 2010 but for sure there will not be anything completed before 2014-2015, depends on R-Holding does not runaway with your money.

thru lawyer is putting good money after bad money. They take 50% Of their fee before starting the case , so wats the incentive for them to win ur case ? Alrashed already has 700 cases against them wats the point of becoming 701 in the line when 1st case is not decided yet! .
