Any news about the chapal dunes & other projcets in the emirates lake towers. Still you are paying money or stopped it.Kindly inform. Recently there were no news about the emirates lae tower even in the update released by CHAPAL WEB SITE
I swapped from Corals 2 bedroom to Harmony 1 bedroom.
I have stopped paying money since then! paid so far 250,000 AED which is close to 50% ... All is lost looks like.
Emirates Lake Towers project was sold only half then recession came ... Chapal have put on hold Emirates Lake Towers project may be till Judgement Day comes.
1 - I hope market picks up again and construction goes back to normal so we get one decent property in hand.
or else
2 - Save some money for our children who knows what happens next here in UAE as so many people have lost their jobs, the same fear is with everyone.

Thanks for updating on emirates lake tower projects. Think chapal is asking people invested in emirates lake tower to swap in harmony if they ask about construction update telling the harmony will be completed in december 2011. Even the other projcets which is now 80% completed is also mentioned as dec. 2011 where as harmony which is 8% condition also dec.2011. Good ARRA is updating the constrution progress but they should also mention the completion date against project so that investor can decide thier fate in investing on these projects.
Chapal Glory D04 has given some advantage with ARRA website, progress chart.
Chapal Glory has been shown as 21% progress the facts are
1. BSEL Perl (G+6P) = 6% Looks 1% for each floor
2. Rose tower D03 (G+3P) = 3%
3. Lavender D01 (G+6P+P+21 TYP) = 28% (6% for the parking and 22% for podium + 21 typical @ 1% per slab)
4. Lilies D02 (G+6P+P+17 TYP) = 26% ( almost same, looks bit more why we don't know why it should be 24%)
and GLORY D04 (G+6P+P+3 TYP) = 21% ( Why????? it should be only 10%.... ARRA to check it again).
ARRA must be very careful while publishing the documents as Developer will simply hide or show their progress for their own advantages to the investors, Today Chapal can proudly say to their investors that ARRA has approved 21% progress and hence Investors are liable to pay them more.
Hope ARRA will look into the matter and by mistake also not provide the undue benefits to any one.
