Chapal Reply on ESCROW account
Dear Friends
I have finally received a reply, via email, from Chapal concerning their promise to open ESCROW account soon and that I can withhold further payments until I receive full details of the account to which i can then send payments. I received this today 17th May 2009, after sending them several mails telling them that I will not pay any more money directly to them, but to the well established ESCROW account, firmly, linked to my project: The Harmony. This is what they send, eventually.

Quite right! Probably because they are more confidant on their projects. Others should follow suit and try to minimise lack of confidence in them by their investors!

Thanks Shareef, that's nice to know. I spoke to Zeeshan in their London office a few weeks ago and he said the escrow account would be opened by mid-June :-( My last payment was due before May the 1st so I just let it go and made it to the old account, but if they haven't opened an escrow account by the time I make the next one, I shall do the same as you.
