Chapal has finally replied to my email on my notice that I will not pay any more instalment directly to them except into ESCROW account for which they should send me full details for my two units project. They did reply and went on further by saying that if I wish I can withhold my payment until they supply me with the details of the ESCROW account which they are in the process of opening.

This, I must say, has exhume a bit of my deeply dead and buried confidence in them, and gave me a bit of hope that my investment is not in-vain, after all. I will wait and see the next step and act accordingly.

I firmly believe that other developers should follow suit and advise their investors the same. Otherwise, suspicions on their intention will continue to persist and even to grow.
