Chapal Customer Service

Guys,
Am totally disappointed of the way that chapal customer service responds to my problems.
its absolutly clear that they dont give a shit about us but care alot about our cheqs.
even with the fotos in thier website i dont see alot of progress. with the amount of money me and others paid till now this project should be far away from what we can see.
anyway i think as end users we should be more sure about our money and i think all of us can assign a lawyer to follow up our investments with them. for sure one alone cant give money for lawyer to do that but if alot of us agreed about it we wont pay that much.

Getting a Lwyer for all people invested with Chapal

I agree with you Muhammad and I support you. If by any chance you know any reliable lawyer who could act on our behalf as a group please let us know, as I am sure a lot of people who invested with Chapal would no doubt welcome the idea and participate in collective hiring the lawyer.

Getting A Lawyer is not practical...

Legal Affairs is the new business on the block in UAE! First, there is no Class Action in UAE where a one court case is submitted on behalf many investors, and the legal fees is an arm and leg!

ARRA (Ajman Realestate Regulatory Agency) similar to Dubai RERA gave all Ajman Developers a deadline to register and open an eScrow Account by May 1, 2009....my advice, we have waited so long, and does not harm to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait an extra month till May to see their effort in registering and opening an eScrow.....after May 1, 2009 do not pay them direct and insist on eScrow account.
