Cancelling and refund of booking amount

Hi All,

I have a booking with BSEL for Fayrooz Tower. I have paid them 15% and signed the reservation form. I lost my job and I can't make any further payments. I din't sign or get the Sale agreement yet. The developer changed the completion date Dec 2010 to Dec 2011. Now I want to cancel the booking and get my money back. Can anyone advise me.

B16 CRYSTAL RESIDENCY

My numerous e-mails and calls to the developers have fallen on deaf ears. When I write to inquire about progress of work, I receive no answers, and this is already 1 year. We are now in July 2011. When I call, they tell be to leave my number and will call me back. No one has ever returned my calls for 1 year now. Can anyone tell me what is going on? What is the stage of work? Can we continue with payments that we stopped paying sometime ago? How do we proceed to get our money back? Thank you.
