Cancellation of Project
My situation is the Master-developer Rashid in Humaid City cancel the development & formally sending legal letter that we can choose another project in Emirate City. I believe it is strong evough to serve a leage case since the development was cancelled, but not "delay"
Any investors got the same situation?

Do not choose another project. All the emirates city towers are having problem and it will be years before it ever get ready.Since they are the one cancelling the project ASK FOR REFUND and get the hell out of UAE quickly.Say you do not like another project ,your choice was Al Humaid and if they cannot honour your choice then they will have to return your money.
