as of now, developers are having free rides. They are not giving people who want to cancel and pay penalties back their money, meanwhile your money is sitting in the bank and making interest for them. Lets hope ARRA will change that and introduce some law in the wild wild north.
if not, your only way is to get a lawyer, go to court.

I purchased a property in Emirates City Ajman and cancelled it later.
Is there a law that 20% of the total cost of the property is non-refundable.
My case - i havent signed any kind of contract as yet , just signed 1 reservation form. Do i have a chance to get my 10% refund which i have paid so far.
