Cancellation

dear all..

Does anybody know what is the procedure to cancel the reservation and how much can i get back of what i have paid to the developer? and is it true that i can not cancel it anymore due to a governmental rule? (this is what the developer is saying).

please let me know if you have any information.

you can cancel

developers are lying, they dont want to return money to anyone. There is no ajman law that says you can not cancell.

How can we cancel it?
For Ex : I bought an unit from Sweethomes and they delay in construction and also they guranteed the Residence Visa which is unreal.
Can I cancel the unit and get my money back?

ARRA is supporting the developers

so far, ARRA will not force developers to give people their money back. So you are only left with the legal sytem. Get a lawyer!

arra is so far letting

arra is so far letting investors down. No action against developers not registered by arra. Ajman developers may benefit now but that will be on the cost of yrs of real estate industry to come in ajman.

we are expecting a list of developers who registerd, the ones who didnt register, where they are in construction if any, the financials status, do they have money to complete the towers? and complete transperancy?

Is ARRA a joke or a reality?!!!!!!

Shouldn't ARRA themselves, first, put their own house in order before saying what others should do?!!!!

It has been months and months now since they launched the so-called Website, but there is NOTHING in it. Absolutely nothing! Just a front page which takes you to nowhere and contains nothing! How can any investor, who lost confidence with developer\s can trust and have confidence with ARRA, itself, which is just name with no concrete substance!!!!!!!!!!!!?
