C12 is Aljazeera Tower
I think all this confusion is due to changes made by developpers after advertising and then not updating us the buyers with those changes.
One way to try to clarify this is to look at our contracts.
I have contracts for Al Jazeera Tower and it clearly states it is on C12.
Now , has anyone got a contract or Eden tower? does it state C12 or else?
or do u think that even if stated in the contracts it is still subject to changes??? i would like to think that it is not but there again some people tell me things in UAE can go this wrong but it always get sorted out in the end. it is the nature o the culture...

No, I am living here in the UAE and can tell you that if what is in your contract is different from the plot on which the tower is built, it will invalidate your contract. Besides, the developer first purchases a plot, then starts selling units off-plan not the otherwise around. If he sells off the plot or cancels it or transfers to another plot, then the developer has to cancel all his contracts and signs replacement contracts with the customers.

I bought mine in March 2007 and got the full contract in June in which it is clearly stated that Al Jazeera Tower is Plot C12.
I spoke to my agent in here Uk and also in Dubai: they both said that initially C12 was for Eden Tower and now it has moved to C15. they are currently also selling C15 as Eden Tower. they were aware of this confusion a while ago and asked those who are advertising C12 as Eden Tower to update their adverts. they were concerned that this hasnt been fully done it seems. so my agents are saying.
