C10-C11 Alfurqan Twin towers registered with ARRA

Developers of C10-C11 Alfurqan Twin towers informed me that they have registered with ARRA

I just called ARRA but no one picked up so I called the developer and he told me that they registered with ARRA hope he is saying the truth.
i will try to contact ARRA to be on the safe side

ARRA's Nouf Al Kaabi told me that Al Furqan RE is in process of registering with ARRA.

in process doesnt mean anything

ARRA tells me my developer is "in process" of registration, however, he refused to open an escrow account to date!!!!!!!!!!!

what does that mean? this means, the developer sent the office boy, gave ARRA some papers, and told everyone that they started registration, but when it comes to complying with the LAW, decree 8, they should have opened an escrow account by May 1st, but they didnt.

so, when it comes to money, the developer is not turning over the money to ARRA.

so lets not be excited about the developer submitting few papers to ARRA. The fact is, they broke the law, they should have "completed" the registration and have escrow account by may 1st.

well its better than those

well its better than those that didnt and paper work is 50% of the process and how do you know he didnt open an escrow account ??? what i know is the goverment is on our side and no one should pay directly to developer by law

arra will take the developers to court

arra had said that they will b taking such developers to court.did anyone else also found out abt such developers .

i just called my self at 12:15UAE time and asked them about ALFurqan and i was infurmed that they are in the process and will be regesterd very soon.
