If Contractor Becon & respective developers are committed to complete the project, and no other hurdles then this project can be easily completed and hand over by May 2010.
What missing activities I am seeing in these towers are -
1. Erection of lift(s) yet not started.
2. Erection of wall curtain or cladding not yet started.
Theses both activities will take 6 odd months, hope contractor must have lined up the activities.
They have a good progress but I dont think so that they can do the handover in 2010.
no infrastructure, no road, no water , no electricity etc... nothing has been started yet.
The whole Emirates City is a big mess and dust even if you have 4*4 driving is difficult because of the dust and the construction materials everywhere.
Any idea when wants the master developer start anything?
