Guys, I went to their site last week was shocked to see nothing has happened even for the last six months. BSEL site loolks like A GHOST CITY. they are threating me to take legal action if i stop payment, but i will not pay anymore.
I and one brother from Saudi Arabia in touch. Could we get in touch and do something about it?

I havent paid for the last 3 months they have said they are in process of oppening a escrow account for all there projects so they havent asked me for payment.THey say they will start the work in next six weeks see wot happens. meanwhile i aint paying them.Ive looked at the recent pictures posted by imre and the contractors name(Dubai Towers) dosent appear on the board it might be that they are looking to change the contractor wait and see
Can anyone tell me what is the new completion date for BSEL Pearl Tower and BSEL Fayrooz tower which developers are tellling? what is the status of booking for BSEL Pearl Tower and BSEL Fayroo? It means how much percentage of appartments has been sold?

The completion date for Fayrooz as per thier website is december of 2011 pearl tower is suppose to finish 6 months before fayrooz.As for amuont of units sold i read a article in emirates news in may 2009 in which Bsel claimed that they have sold 70% in both towers .As far as restart of construction goes has any one heard anything???
Thanks for your information. Can you tell me the saleable cost of BSEL Pearl Tower and BSEL Fayrooz tower as If they claimed that they have sold 70% of appartments then it should be reflected in their balance sheet as it is list in BSE(Bombay Stock Exchange) and NSE(National Stock Exchange) India.
I send several E-mails and tried to contact them by phone...no answer at all. I visit ARRA and they gave me a paper to swap my apartment - but nothing happend with REIE...the y receive all Mails but no answer - also from ARRA no help no answer. I will take now leagal action and go to court.

I do not see any investor paying 100%? If this is fact, that it is very surprising to me. I have also made stupid mistake of paying between 30 to 40% upto early 2009 to Star Giga for GCD1 project and AA Property for Ajman Boulevard and regret it till today. I have already received termination letter from Star GIGA (GCD1) and getting no replies from AA property.
I had approached few laywers and still in progress with them to find the best option to get my money back. Shortly I plan to file a law suit aganist Star GIGA as they have terminated the contract after I send them cancellation notice as per contract condition - based on long stop delivery date of 31.07.2011.
My lawyer told me that since the contract with the developer indicated that in case of dispute, Ajman law will apply and the law suit can only be filed in ajman, if your contract with BSEL has the same clause, I am not sure if you would be able to proceed to file a Law suit in Bombay aganist BSEL.
