BSEL and the closure of their office in Dubai

I don't think everyone noticed this but when BSEL closed their office in Dubai and moved to Sharjah, no one picks up the phone. I was lucky once to speak to the office boy, and he mentioned that no one is working and I have to wait till 15th of July to speak to someone.
Christina Cabadang was laid off work and so was Kushal.

Nothing is done since July 2009 as a progress to the buildings they are doing.

Anyone went to court against them or spoke to ARRA please do let me know to join hands.

Now all of the investors must have their money back...

Its strange that no one is taking up the initiative for anything neither the developrs, nor the officials and none of others. Its been two years back I have paid the entire amount and still no progress. One thing is sure that there is not going to be any city or development. The officials are enough smart and powerful to keep the offices open to entertain and prolong and fool around...By now all the investors must realize that there will no handover of any flats form developers. What an expitrate can do??? Just wait, watch, wait watch, wait. watch...Do anyone have suggestion/s??? The reality is our hard money we have lost. The trust is gone... now and forever...

Developers/official authorities must consider and help to return the investors hard money... Or must be enough bold to announce that they cannot return... At least the dilemma will come to a climax...

It looks as though that we have been robbed in broad day light by the concerned authorities of UAE and AJMAN.A day will come when they will pay like pharoes of Egypt. For the time being let us label them as THIEVES unless they refund our money because they have trillion and trillion of cash . If they refund our money, it will be like a drop from the ocean. So what are they waiting for....a tsunami like Japan

Developers loby is strong and perhaps influential. They (Builder/ Developers) know that No action will be taken against them even if they dont start / build project and forefiet entire amount. They have full support of officials at the highest level.

Under the circumstances, an appeal to President of UAE, Secretary General GCC, Secretary General Arab League and UNO may help redress apathy of thousands of investors.

I think we can register our case with Interpol and name the owners of BSEL as international criminals.I have been advised so and I am in the process.Once there is an international arrest warrant for them, then they will never cross any border.

I agree with you and waiting for your comment. I have tried to contact some buyers to take legal action, but nobody answered me.

BSEL Fayrooz Tower

I have booked an apt in BSEL Fayrooz Tower. I went to ARRA and lodged a complaint 2 months back. They told me to swap with another under construction property of R-Holding or go for legal action. I went to R-Holding but their rates are very high and I am not sure when the project will be completed. Now I am planning to proceed with legal action against BSEL as soon as possible. BSEL Pearl Tower

The only way to get our money back - whether it is the money invested in BSEL Pearl Tower Fayrooz Tower or any other Tower being build by BSEL in Emirates City, Ajman, is to form a group of atleast 20 to 25 people and visit the ARRA office in Ajman with our grievances and problems, so that ARRA is given a full picture of the money invested by individual person. Besides, we should all go in a group to the local newspaper offices, either Gulf News, Khaleej Times or 7-Day, and narrate our story so that all are aware of BSEL's motive of trying to devour the investors' money in the above projects of BSEL at Emirates City.

As per BSEL, all money paid so far by each individual, are in the Escrow account,and hence ARRA will not have any problem in approving to refund the money, on the understanding that BSEL is not in a position to restart the projects of Pearl Tower, Fayrooz Tower or any other tower. I am sure ARRA will be convinced only if we all go to their office in a very big group.

So I strongly feel, we all should get to gether to get our money back from BSEL, by taking the above actions of forming a group and visiting ARRA office with our grienvances and secondly visiting the local newspaper offices and giving a news report to them. You may call me on 050-4963705.

I hope all the investors of BSEL Pearl Tower, Fayrooz Tower read this and come forward to form a group.

BSEL has closed their Dubai office, terminated their staff including Ms Christina and Kushal and opened another office in Sharjah, but there is no one even to answer any query.

Hi , I am also one of the unfortunate investor who had invested in Bsel Pearl tower. I would also like to join the proposed group , but I work in Saudi . I would be able to come to Dubai in June next year. We require more investors who are actually living in UAE to come forward to build up so momentum for this initiative. I feel Dot is right , collectively we can make some difference.

I have gone through the posts of Nikanda, mathewpabraham, DoT and aadlub.

I fully agree with u all. We can make a group and collectively we can take action against BSEL. I am also one of the unfortunate investor who paid full amount in 2007. I would like to join the proposed group. since I am staying in India, I may not be able to present the desired date, but I am ready to pay the legal fees that we are going to pay to a good lawyer. Mr. Abraham is very kind enough to approach a lawyer, hope everything is going fine. Why can't we make a complaint through interpool, also , that is the best idea mentioned by Nikanda. Then the chairman cannot run away and once he is arrrested, we will get our money back. I humbly request all BSEL members, who is staying in UAE to come forward and collectively make a group and meet the ARRA officials, go to local newspapers, so the Govt. of UAE will come to know our grievances and may help us to get our money back. I am very much disturbed as I am a senior citizen and no other source of income for our livelyhood in old age. Always praying God to help us and I am sure God will open HIS eyes very soon towards us.
