Booking Agreement for Lake View Tower

Dear All,

For the Lake View Tower 1 Project in plot C17, I have recieved only the booking agreement from the developer. Is that enough or any of you have recieved further documents of Sales Agreement etc. Please let me know.

They had said earlier that we will recieve a new agreement authenticated by R holding. Has anybody recieved that. Developer is saying that R holding is not authenticating any agreements for the time being.

Booking Agreement

Hi there

I also have only the booking agreements with me. I dont think they have been to R holding at all. What should we do since there is no exit clause in the agreement as well?

exit is 30% less always if not mention

in whole u.a.e. its universal law to pay 30% of total cost if you want to exit. how much you have paid till now? if only booking amount, then rethink to pay more. if have paid substantial amount then i would suggest not to think about exit option. try to resale ( just my suggestion)

i dont understand what they are playing at.. i constantly email and phone, however the fools dont have the decency to reply back, This is not a joke, it serious money we are talking about, and we cannot sit back and be taken for a ride. myself and 2 other owners believe we should get a few people together and go to ajman to discuss this problem face to face.
