BL PROPERTIES
Allright guys as you have seen in the blog that there we had met a couple of times at ARRA office, one time in December and than again in January, a written complaint to ARRA is the first step to be taken, which i presume all have done this part, ARRA had informed us that they have started their own legal proceedings against BL properties, and advised us to initiate our own individual legal case against BL properties, first of all we went to the police station to register a case but we were sent to the court since it is a civil case, at the court we were told to file a case, get representated by a lawer, translate all doccuments to arabic and pay 6% of the claiming value as court fees, (so the amount is different for different cases) than the court will issue a warrent of arrest on entry to UAE, give an order to land department, traffic department, chamber of commerce, police etc to submit all ownership of assets and than give a 6 months notice for all registered stake holders about a set auction date and perhaps than the funds might be distributed, (my personal observation BL had planned this well in advance to dissappear with our money, i believe more that that worthless piece of land there is nothing valuable left behind)
also ARRA mentioned that there is a ray of hope to recover a % of money if it is payed towards the escrow account of BL properties. BUT THAN AGAIN GIVEN TO UNDERSTAND THAT BL PROPERTIES IS A STRONG COMPANY BASED IN PAKISTAN AND THEY HAVE DEVELOPED SEVERAL TOWNSHIPS ETC, AND THE COUNTRY ITSELF ENJOYS A GOOD RELATIONS WITH UAE, IF REQUIRED PRESSURE IS PUT ALONG WITH MEDIA SUPPORT THAN OUR INVESTMENT CAN BE RETURNED, BECAUSE THE BUILDER IS NOT BANKRUPT-- THEY ARE FILTHY RICH, AND MOREOVER THEY HAVE ONLY COMPLEATED PILING OF ALTITUDE TOWER AND SOLD FLATS IN 5 TOWERS, SO THE MONEY IS INTACT. WE SHOULD NOT RELY ON WHAT SOME PPL WHO ARE TAKING THE LEAD WILL DO, WE SHOULD ALL HAVE OUR OWN CONTRIBUTION, FACEBOOK CAMPAIGNS SHOULD INITIATE AND SEND TO ALL PEOPLE IN THE EMAIL ADRESS AND WITH THE MESSAGE TO SPREAD THE AWARENESS,
