Offering us to switch from Royal Plaza to Lavendour Tower, Mr. Hunaid lakahani and Associates of BL Properties are cheating all the investors one omre time. They are asking to pay 10% at the time of switch and then continue to pay every month for the next 3 years irrespective of the fact that project is constructed or not. Last payment of about 60%+ is to be paid after 3 years at the time of hand over. However, client representative of BL is claiming that the project will be finished in 2012. Rediclous, isnt it.... Let not them eat our hard earned money.
