BL PROPERTIES SAYS: “We request you to start making payments again according to your construction based payment plan. We are committed in moving forward however, we can't do so without your continuous support and meeting your end of the financial requirements”.

for me it's out of question to restart payment, I don't trust on them, they can stop the construction again. I want to see a real construction activity, for that I go there in Ajman in december inchalah.
I remember you that the project must be ready in december and during one year we don't have any news or mail...
I hope that it's true and that the construction restrart seriously but
I 'm not ready to send my money now... I think we have to be careful and we must have the same behavior, tell me what do you think about that
No payment untill all problems are solved:
- prices discounted to reflect market price.
- completion of apartments and hand over.
- completion of infrastructure.
- solving visa problem as promised.
Keep in mind that if you have already paid 40% of the price, then you have actually paid full price of simillar READY apartment in Ajman
