Have BL just run off or has the project been officially cancelled by ARRA. If its cancelled officially then BL are supposed to payback refunds, but I don't they will ever pay a penny back to investors. They will simple disappear off to Pakistan with any funds they have in their accounts. BL have taken huge deposits for quite of number of other project such as Al Humaid city Royal Lakeview tower. They have not spent anything on this project and have not returned any funds for the last 4 years, don't think this will ever get built but Arra are sitting by with BL having a desk in their offices (thats the biggest piss take ever)
Arra need to act to freeze their assets now.
How comes UAE is quick to act even if a cheque bounces but these developers are scamming openingly without anyone actually acting to stop them.
Arra have shown on their project lists that BL projects have zero progress, and it sbeen this way for nearly 5 years. They need to start paying back investors. Sick of chasing BL and Arra, the B-------

They are trying to obtain more funds from some very nieve investors still willing to part with money for empty promises - please dont throw your money away.
