Hi everybody,

Once again I have bad news!
BL is going to fail and they can't refund us because all our money is invested in grounds!!!!
We have to react now, I go in Dubai the 4th march.

I propose you a meeting the 6th march at 10.00 in the morning near the macdonald of mall of the emirates (the food court).
The situation is very bad, it's possible that we will never see our money and I can't support that.

We have to see directly the government of Ajman because Bl haven't money to refund us even if it's cancelled.

Please make your possible for come, for me it was difficult to travel but I have to go it's urgently.

The persons who are already in Dubai, I hope to see you the 6th march???

Hi There,
Couple of weeks back i visited BL properties in regards to my investment @ Altitude tower and also i needed to get my sales deed contract signed. I got that all done and than i brought up the subject of construction on the table, was told that construction will start in a few days (yes its true, the same crap we have been hearing for months now) but he has doccuments to back up his claims, refund is out of the question, if you closely look at the contract it says compleation date not before december 2010 and not later than november 2011. they said that they will be completing the project by the said deadline, he even added up that Altitude tower is sold out and they are pretty confident that they will complete the project, also money is secure in the escrow account. NOW this is what you will be told when you see them, Now if you want to take up the matter with ARRA, what will the base of your complain,
1) Have they breached any terms of the contract (like completion date is 2011 november)
2) Do you have a construction based plan? and have you paid more than they have constructed?
3) They even have a escrow account and a funtioning office in Dubai.

Look i was so very frustrated when i met them, but there was very little i could do, Look we need to figure out what our next move is, what i am doing is keeping in touch with BL properties every week , im like pestering them every week for updates, come over Dubai and see it for your self, meet the guys at BL, ask the most important question what if they cannot deliver the project on time
