bavarian mountains - just a new kind of crap
i have seen so manny adds here from a representative of bavarian mountains. Let me explain u what they r really doing, so that u dont loose time like me going to their office. i have been there several times, first to give them papers. they took some copies and even they were saying that they dont need all receipts just to save some ink into cartriges, ignoring important documents. So the representative who suppoerted me had no clue what im talking about and she said an advocate will call me back if they take my case or not. Of course no one ever calklked, i called several times till i went again to their office, this time to meet directly their boss. The manager received me along with an assistant and they continuously speak german so i wouldnt understand a word and even he had no ideea regarding my case. More over, like all real estates, they just want clients who need an exchange of projects, so they can gain some money, and not customers who ask for refund. U will be asked to sign a power of attorney in which u will give them FULL POWER to decide what is in ur interest, and if they want so,they can just deal with ur developer and change ur project, and u start paying again isntalments for a never ready project.

You are absolutely right , Bavarian Mountains is a total crap and we should be craeful dealing with such entities. I also visited them and like what you have said , they asked me to sign the power of attorney and told me they can try to get my money back .But when I did my due deligence came to know that they are a FRAUD company and one should never deal with them.

I still believe this 'option' is a crap, as i gave them all my documents and they didnt even bother to give me a call back. Maybe they do cost cutting on phones also,not only on paper and copies. And their office is never full of 'attorneys or lawyers' but only some 2-3 ladies always same, new in UAE ,maybe european some of them, with no ideea anbout property market trends. If a training is too much expensive for their staff, then just a google for some infos or an youtube self search will do. Im not any of their competitors, if one would have this ideea, noit even working in their field, but im an investoir verry XXXX of after loosing huge amount of money and i just hate when im loosing time with this kind of crap solutions which make me loose more time and money. If u really help people, just do it,otherwise stop ur stupid advertisments.

Did you make this forum just for you? where is the answer from that CRAP? Be fair let everybody read. I think they are educated the way they answer you! And they say that they take you documents to study if they could take your case! Now, what's the result of the study? They can not help you? Are they honest to answer you? Do they take your money before they study your case? :? im suggesting that do not trust easily from anybody so that you will not get very upset. Be wise and dont expect to much. Before you began trusting them you should know them first and learn how they gonna deal with people that have same case as yours. No one is perfect. Relax! Take a deep breath and began thinking why you have this kind of problem, where did it start and how will you solve it, who can help you truly. It seems that you are just very excited on this CRAP people thats why you are very 'pissed'.

whilst i have some sympathies with ruby on this matter. ultimately they decided not to take on case.
it may be sour grapes, however it may well be what user 'me' infers.
i do not know this company.
however no adverts are permitted here by any company or their marketeers. and some such companies have been acting very abusively, and thus are dealt with appropriotely. this is a forum for lnvestors, to come and discuss there concerns. solutions to one another, not a free marketing tool for marketeers to exploit and flood.
my views are if anyone takes assistance from a lawyer, try and find out about them, their reputation etc, success etc.
also be careful before signing anything. especially power of attorney. i would be extremely hesitiant to sign one. and cannot see any reason to do so, as it gives too broad a power to the reciprient. and absolutely would not want to give a power of attoreny absolute

i see no need for power of attoreny. the lawyer should send you a client care letter, setting out what he will do, what he expects of you, and fee details. then asks you to sign it etc.
if your agreement is on contingency fee (conditional fee agreement/ no win no fee) basis, then check the terms.
eg if they say you win, and you get 100% what court awards you in damages (compensation)
but some will say, if you win we get share of what court awards you in damages (make sure you are content with the share the lawyer will take, and agree it in writting before hand etc)
some may not specify how much they will take for their fees, if you win from damages. this can be very risky eg.
if you are sueing/claiming 100,000 aed back for instalments you paid etc
and lawyer wins case for you and court awards 100,000 aed.
the lawyer may then say, well my fees = 120,000 aed. which means he takes all your compensation that you won, and either doesnt ask you to pay remainder 20,000 aed, or demands even that off you personally !.
so check terms before and make sure your happy.
also check terms if you start with him, and then find out his useless etc, and want to change. find out what this would mean if you leave him (ie he might say even though he said no win no fee etc, because you left half way, you persinally got to pay his fees to that date) so check all terms of agreed business before hand.
dont just wank into office, because your freind or someone recomeended lawyer to you, or because nice smile and he/she 'looks trustworthy'. make sure you get services they will do for you in writting, with the full terms your happy with, on service/fees/payments etc.
