I have received the following info by e-mail this morning from Sweet Homes office in London
The construction progress at Paradise Lake Towers construction progress as on 27 May 2009.
B2 - Doing the shuttering work for the slab of G + 4p + 1st typical
B3-the post tension work for the core slab of G + 4p + 2nd typical
B4 - Doing the shuttering work for the columns of G + 4p + 4th typical.
B5 - Doing the steel work for the slab of G + 4p + 6th typical.
B6 - Doing the steel work for the slab of G + 4p + 4th typical.
B7 - steel work for the columns of G + 4p + 20th typical.
B8 - shuttering work for the core wall of G + 4p + 21st typical.
B9 - Doing the post tension work for the slab of G + 4p + 6th typical.
I assume 'typical' relates to flooring level. If sweethomes London are to be believed then my tower B3 has moved up two floors in a month as the imagse from Apr show it being on parking level 4.
Maybe by next installment they could reach floor 6.
If this is true then I am slightly pleased, just hope that the construction is of sound quality and they are not cutting corners with materials.
That would be the last straw.
When I visited EC in December last B9 was at G+3P. So the present construction rate is one floor every month. At this rate only the structure will be ready by December 2010 if and only if the construction continues. What about the surroundings? The lake? The Mall?

The Lake and Mall etc. will not be done for a while - end of 2010 is my estimate, but thats fine, we can wait for that! We just want our buildings built so we can all rest assure we will be getting our apartments for our hard-earned money!
