B19 : Green Lake Tower?

Dear Friends,

I find from the list of towers that Block no. B-19 is named as GA Golden Tower.

However, for many weeks I am finding an ad about a building named 'Green Lake Tower' in Gulf News property section, being developed by 'Ajman Land Properties'. On enquiry from this developer as well as the brochure printed by them, their Block no. is also B-19. I am considering to book a flat in this tower.

I shall appreciate if some one can clarify whether B-19 Tower is GA Golden Tower or Green Lake Tower, and whether originally it was GA Tower and later renamed as Green Lake Tower along with change of developer.

This is the new tower by abad builders (kerala's reputed developer). i called them today to cheeck price. it is priced at 390 per sqft. 30000 for parking. no floor rise till 5th floor. thereafter 1000 per floor. NO INTEREST FREE PAYMENT PLAN. 15 YEARS FINANCE (70%) FROM BANK OF BARODA.
Ajman is still a SELLER'S MARKET. prices are going up and days of interest free finance are gradually disappearing. buyers should be careful in buying projects which are sold cheap with long payment plans, as their quality will not be good. There is a quote 'PENNY WISE-POUND FOOLISH'. Emirates City buyers should remember this. Its worth paying an extra pound at the time of buying property than repenting later at the time of selling.
