B 14 construction started ?

Today i visited SH office in Dubai. They assured me that construction has started and it will be on full pace. They also said that we shall be adding an average two floors in a month.
If anyone has physically seen the project ?

Sounds like a broken record !!!!! Last two and half years we have heard it over and over again from every developer.....

Scam

This is just a part of the scam. Every now and then, developers start pubilicising such news to fool some investors and get more money. The idea isNO payment without guarentees for completion, hand over, infrastrucure, services, and visas.
