All those who have booked properties through Aryene and have not seen any progress in the development of the property please respond to this message. Aryene is not responding to individual calls so we should join together and make a petition to ARRA, for refund of our payments. We have two properties booked for Ajman and have paid approx. 23% of the amount, but there is very little development on the site. Let us join forces and have them brought to task for misleading investors and demanding payments, without delivering to their promise.

Hi,

I have booked with them in sapphire lake view EC Ajman have paid 25% if you are in Dubai you need to contact RERA as they are RERA approved agent I have already send an e-mail to RERA still waiting for the ansewer you are right Aryene are not responding to e-mail and phone calls I wounder if their office still Open? count me in Mr. Ronald please I am outside UAE.

Their wesite is down since last three months... office in Bur Dubai bank street also seems to be closed.

I have also purchased through Aryene Properties but currently am dealing directly with the devleloper Built Properties LLC which is an associate company of Aryene Properties... ask for the GM its a lady and she is also managing Aryene Built Properties LLC...

Aryene Greens

I too have a stake in Aryene Greens and their initially committed completion period (Aug-2009) is already over and extended dates also reaching to an end in Dec-2009.
As we don’t have adequate information, I am really concerned and doubtful about the project and it would be necessary to approach the authorities to protect our interests & investment.

If you are in UAE You need to report immediately to RERA about Aryene Greens as Aryene Properties office is close and no reply from them via e-mails and Phones

Aryene Greens

I am wondering if there is any latest news regarding construction/development of this project. I have also purchased the property in Aryene Greens and would like to be the part of the inverstor community who have invested in this project.
