The Tortise has started to crawl

Today is a great day of Ajman investors - the Tortise called ARRA has started to crawl. Their website is up and running but still has rudimentry information apart from the list of approved developers. I wish they can also publish a list of developers who have applied for registration but have not been able to compete the registration, their applications current status and other details. Some action and some intention to act is better than nothing.

About 32 Projects are registered

So Far about 32 Projects are registered in EC how about 60 other Projects in EC those fail to register with ARRA ???????????????????

i can not open the PDF of regsitered projects in ARRA site can anyone give me a list?
