ARRA website
ARRA's website, in its latest avatar, doesn't seem to convey any useful information. Even the construction updates of different projects are way off the mark. Given the sorry state of even the most prestigious projects, notably Ajman One and the Lavender and Lilies towers, there is of course not much to brag about on ARRA's website.
This is happening when there is plenty of money available once again for property developments in the UAE, especially in Dubai, as cash-rich Gulf companies look for investment options at home rather than abroad. Sadly, Ajman is not being able, or not interested, to woo these investors with a view to finishing off at least those projects in an advanced stage.
So, in the best-case scenario, construction will continue on the many unfinished towers in fits and starts, at a snail's pace and without any concern for the financial and emotional suffering of millions of property investors. We can only live in hope that we will get our units one day, many, many years from now.
EC Ajman
I am an investor of GCD1 and Ajman Boulevard. To be honest, I do not expect that this projects will ever be completed. For GCD1, the construction has stopped since 2008, every now and then the developer star giga, brings in few workers to show that the construction has started only to try and grab more money or send out termination notices to the investors who do not fullfill thier unjust demand. Such long delay in construction has raised questions if they structure built is still safe considering the conditions and climate. So I have given up the dream which was publicly advertised by the developers and the Ajman rulers.
For Ajman Boulevard, the project has even not taken off the ground, the booking was done by Gowealthy in May'2008, so the question is will it every be built?
The only hope I have is that one day justice will be done and the investors will have their hard earned life savings returned back to them.

It needs to be updated desperately.It is shameful for a gov. with all the resources to have this stupid few years old site.Just shows how much they care about investors of Ajman.

In my opinion, all the projects in EC are either onhold or unofficaly cancelled as no construction in going on.
It was a fraud to get investors money. ARRA does not played its part of protecting the investors, still file a complain aganist the developer, in case the Govt. of Ajman takes any positive action.
