What happened to ARRA website? When I click the website I am getting the following message, "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL". Please help me?
I sent a complain aganist developer via their website and ARRA replied back saying, make a visit to developers office, ask for revised payment plan and continue making payments.
No mentioned of the gurantee / refund in case the developer fails to deliver or any penalty action aganist developer for not starting the construction.
Seems like ARRA is to protect developers and cheat investors by asking them to continue making payments. It is a jungles law, the rulers are the ones cheating poor investors instead of protecting them. ( I assume some sort of cut of the payments made by the investors is going to the rulers of Ajman but can't say for certain
I had the same experience.Read my comments on the forum.Arra is not on the side and interest of investors.They are favouring and protecting developers by replying to keep the payment.Nobody is here to fight for our right in this lawless land.
Because we were asking them about who is responsible and who is the devloper? when we ask FH they said RH is the devloper and RH told us FH so I asked ARRA that they show on their site that RH is the dev. but RH says it's wrong. so I spoke to Suha about it and she cheked it when I called her and said nothing but informed me that they will call me, I don't know when.

ARRA have altered their website. All project progress information has been removed.
