Know what heppens to those project still not registered? ARRA website is now working and they are talking about cancelling some projects what heppens to investors? if they cancel some projects??? my Project B13 Sapphire lake view still not registered until today

R Holding & ARRA

When we talk to R holding so called customer care ( Never bother to customer and flagship project) they talk so high and loud as they know every thing and now refusing but during sell every one from R holding indicate that letter "R" its looks so unfortunate in part of R holding that their projects are at the last in the registration list.

With this anyone can understand that how management works for R holding, the owner of R holding attitude towards its own company is not very optimistic, otherwise he/she must have kicked out these non performance staff.

My Fellow investors... Patience will give solution

Friends !!!! as since beginning I am saying to have patience....things need time to get sorted out, what happened in UAE and whole world is Economic disaster which we witnessed and I think until next 100 years no Generation will witness such disaster.... So have patience, Arra started working, something will be done, its our mistake also that without thinking, without seeing anything or any plans of infrastructure we invested money, so we should keep patience, Use nice language, nice words and give strength to Arra and not to say Bad about Developers, government of Ajman, Arra and everybody. Be Positive and atleast accept that Arra started doing something and I hope they will do more and more to save our investments.

has anything changed?

we have speculated before that ARRA will try to cover the fruad of developers by putting a lagit cover on things and say things are ok with escrow account now. Unfortunetly, nothing has changed.

developers are still sitting on millions not building, no infrastructure in ajman, and ARRA is watching not doing a thing.

Developers responsible for delays has to pay penalties, developers who ran off has to go to jail.

some law and order has to come back to ajman before we the investors trust ajman and its government again.

Nothing changed

its great to see people thinking on the same wavelength as me, who think that ajman's government should be held accountable for these developer's actions. And its good to see other people who think that it is our right to criticise, and comment on what has happened with us, it is beyond my understanding why others think that this is wrong, and consider it as our lack of manners. It is the ill mannered ajman developers that should be getting all the blame. The Al-Rashed Real Estate criminals should get a life sentence, they deserve to rot in jail for what they are doing.

ARRA is not Doing anything

For Investor like me ARRA is not doing anything my developer is not registered B13 EC I do not get any reply from them nor from RERA approved AGENT Aryene Properties what have we done Wronge why we have to go throught all this waiting they should catch the developer and put them in to jail developer's are making fun of investors Since they fail to register with ARRA why no action now what is coming next? when I call R-holding they say they are only responsible for their projects means about 4 building only what this country is when Justice is delayed Justice is denied
