At least this website will give construction update, So farwhat I see that Ajman Boulevard stands at ZERO % with most of the emirates city projects pretty much at ZERO percent with few old ones having little % as compared to should have been completed & handedover as per contract.
The situation is very alarming, but ARRA I assume does not care about the investors abd there is no mentioned how the investors can lodge formal complain or get refund in case the project stands at ZERO % even afterover 2 years from the booking.
I told you before and I am saying it again NOBODY give a damn about investors money being invested in Emirates City. There are no laws to protect investors right.ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY MONEY MONEY paisa paisa paisa.,fulus fulus fulus!!!!!!!!!!!They dont care about delays ,or respect contract deals!!!!!!!!You like fool keep paying money money and more money!!!!!!!!!!!!
I noticed that too. Maybe they got the Legacy and Presidency mixed up? The others seem about right, 18% for the Harmony and 21% for the Glory. (and 0% for all the rest!) I assume the first 10% or so refers to the ground work and foundation, i.e. it's not just number of slabs completed divided by total number of floors.
The picture is clear. Not only that very little construction has been done, but also a lot of doubt about the completion of most buildings and a lot of doubt about the services in the city. The only way I see out of this is to stop all payments untill guarentees are given for delivery of units in useable conditions i.e. the city has the promised services to make it a place to live in. Also 50% should be delayed until the proper and satisfying hand over is finalized, other wise we will be throwing our money in the developers' pockits.

seems inacurate i notice it
seems inacurate
i notice it says chapal presidency is 11% complete
and chapal legacy 13%
however on chapal website, presidency has only 1 floor up
and legacy is STILL on ground floor (appears nothing done in 10 months !!)
so how does arra say 13% on 50 storey building where even 1 floor isnt even done !!,
(maybe its 3% :? which is more realistic !!!)
