Anything on Furqan
G'day fellows
Does anyone have a clue about the status of al Furqan Twin Towers?
I do know that work has completely stopped but recently I noticed that the sign board infront of the construction site has been removed.
Have they registered with ARRA and are they willing to change the sales contract to a contruction progress based one?
Please let me know if anyone has more on them.

Spoke to Broukes today and they say they have now got an Escow account and are ARRA registerd and constuction will restart in a week.

Thanks for the e-mail to us. As per registration we re acomplete all the documents and submitted to (ARRA) the transfer letter of our Escrow Accounts from EIB to Ajman Bank under process and we hope we will get this letter within 15 days from ARRA. The construction work stop since last 4 month due to contractor runaway from the site we are trying to get NOC from Ajman court and Municipality. We hope we will get NOC by next month. At the presently we finish pilling work foundation and first slab column (for first roof).

Does anybody know more about "Contractor Runaway"?....What does it mean?
i have a flat in furqn but 4
i have a flat in furqn
but 4 months ago i was able to track the Contractor and he gave me the a mobile number of the sight project manger . he simply said that Mr Ashref is a nice decent man but he stopped paying them due to a financial problem so we stopped building we build what we are paid for.(but this was 4 months ago).
